Player Development

We are pleased to announce that the Lake Bonavista Hockey Association will be providing one free hour of gym time to all Breakers teams (including Timbits).

This hour of gym time is part of our player development program which strives to provide opportunities for players to further their overall development and love for the game.

How does it work?

Any team wishing to book gym time must contact Tammy in the LBCA office @ 403-271-7107.  Let Tammy know your team and work to select a time that fits.

What should the gym time be used for?

It is up to each individual team to determine how best to utilize this time (if you need some suggestions, let me know).

Can we use outside Trainers?

Yes!  If there is an outside trainer that your team would like to utilize, this must be arranged by your team and follow the LBCA guidelines.  Below is information relating to the 2 trainers that were used last year.

Who can participate?

This is considered a team event.  Only designated coaches and players on the team can participate.
